Summary: former "allcoef" branch is now 'lme4' "pkg"

2009-07-12 (at useR!2009 in Rennes):
Doug and I have decided to make the "allcoef" branch into a ``regular'' R-forge like package,
so it is daily checked, and users can install it directly.
