Below is a list of all packages provided by project Functional diversity.

Important note for package binaries: R-Forge provides these binaries only for the most recent version of R, but not for older versions. In order to successfully install the packages provided on R-Forge, you have to switch to the most recent version of R or, alternatively, use the package sources (.tar.gz) in older versions of R. All packages are built/checked according to this schedule.

FD - Measuring functional diversity (FD) from multiple traits, and other tools for functional ecology     FD is a package to compute different multidimensional FD indices. It implements a distance-based framework to measure FD that allows any number and type of functional traits, and can also consider species relative abundances. It also contains other useful tools for functional ecology.
