Below is a list of all packages provided by project Archetypal Analysis.

Important note for package binaries: R-Forge provides these binaries only for the most recent version of R, but not for older versions. In order to successfully install the packages provided on R-Forge, you have to switch to the most recent version of R or, alternatively, use the package sources (.tar.gz) in older versions of R. All packages are built/checked according to this schedule.

  archetypes - Archetypal Analysis  
 

The main function archetypes implements a framework for archetypal analysis supporting arbitary problem solving mechanisms for the different conceputal parts of the algorithm. NOTE: This package is used as real-world test application for the Roxygen documentation system. At the moment, Roxygen does not produce "good" help pages for the everyday use of a package; we refer to the vignette for a consistent package illustration.
