Contributed R Packages Below is a list of all packages provided by project Activated Region Fitting.
Important note for package binaries: R-Forge provides these binaries only
for the most recent version of R, but not for older versions.
In order to successfully install the packages provided on R-Forge, you have to switch to
the most recent version of R or, alternatively, use the package sources (.tar.gz) in older
versions of R. All packages are built/checked according to this
schedule.

arfS4 - Activated Region Fitting, fMRI data analysis.

Activated Region Fitting (ARF) is an analysis method for fMRI data. ARF works by fitting Gaussian shaped models to maps of brain activity. Inference is based on the parameters of the estimated regions. ARF can read and write NIFTI/ANALYZE data.

arfS4lite - Activated Region Fitting, fMRI data analysis.
|
|
|
|
ARF fits Gaussian shaped regions on fMRI data using a WLS approach. Robust hypotheses tests are performed on the parameters of the shape models.
