Contributed R Packages Below is a list of all packages provided by project lpSolveAPI.
Important note for package binaries: R-Forge provides these binaries only
for the most recent version of R, but not for older versions.
In order to successfully install the packages provided on R-Forge, you have to switch to
the most recent version of R or, alternatively, use the package sources (.tar.gz) in older
versions of R. All packages are built/checked according to this
schedule.

lpSolveAPI - Interface to lp_solve 5.5.0.15

The lpSolveAPI package provides an R interface to the lp_solve library API - lp_solve is a Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) solver with support for pure linear, (mixed) integer/binary, semi-continuous and special ordered sets (SOS) models.
To install this package directly within R type:
install.packages("lpSolveAPI", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")
